How the estimate works
No pressure and no sales call. One of the owners turns up and looks at the tree.

Monday to Friday, 9 to 4. Pick any slot at least a couple of days out and it is yours.

Devin or Alex, not a salesman. Usually twenty to thirty minutes on the property.

What the tree actually needs and why. Devin is an ISA Certified Arborist with a tree risk assessment qualification, so you get a straight answer, not a guess.
An itemised estimate
Most of the time we put a price together for you on the spot. If not, it is emailed to you itemised afterwards.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Twenty to thirty minutes on site, no charge and no obligation.
Do I need to be there?
Yes, and so does anyone else who helps decide. We only get one look at the tree, so it saves everybody a second visit.
Can you price it from photos?
No. Access, ground, what is underneath and what is overhead all change the job, and none of that reads in a photo.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed, bonded and insured. Washington contractor licence WARRIBT777DF, and you can look it up yourself on LNI.wa.gov.
Do you grind the stump too?
Yes, as part of a removal. We do not take stump grinding on its own.
How soon can you start?
We are usually booked about two weeks out. The estimate happens well before that.
